Yoga therapy

Yoga therapy uses the tools from yoga – postures, breathwork, and meditaiton – to address health problems through movement and a shift in mindset. It helps people build better relationships with their ailments and feel more comfortable in their bodies. It can be applied to a wide range of diseases and disorders, whether physical or psychological. The goal is to bring more fluidity within the body and greater peace to the mind.

 

I offer individualised yoga therapy programs consisting of 10 one-on-one practical sessions plus one interview session at the start of the program. The sessions can be spaced out according to the student’s needs and are carried out at the student’s home or in my yoga studio at La Maison de Mieux Être in Rueil-Malmaison. Sessions usually last 1.5h and include postures, breathwork and meditation exercises.
