October workshop:
Creative movement and choreography lab
This workshop combines an exploration of movement through guided improv prompts with choreography work. We will learn a short choreography and then co-create additional sequences. This is a laboratory where we will connect to our bodies and explore how it can tell a meaningful story through movement.
No prior dance experience necessary.

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness and self-care. This workshop is designed to offer tools and practical techniques you can use to cultivate your own mindfulness practice to help reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.
Veronica, specialised in Iyengar yoga, will lead a dynamic class based on alignment for the first part of the workshop and I will lead a meditative yin yoga class for the second part. We also have a few surprises up our sleeves !

Welcome to this singing circle, open to everyone whether you “know” how to sing or not. You are free to come and experience the power of mantras. You can just sit and listen, sing them silently in your mind or outloud.
