My name is Crystal Weber and welcome to my space for movement.
I move words and I move bodies.
Words: I am a translator and conference interpreter.
To help the world communicate when body language is not enough.
Bodies: I teach yoga, yoga therapy, intuitive dance, and meditation classes.
So we can move our minds less and our bodies more, and get back to our essence.
Words and bodies: I am a writer and poet.
To bring movement to words and words to movement.

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness and self-care. This workshop is designed to offer tools and practical techniques you can use to cultivate your own mindfulness practice to help reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.
Veronica, specialised in Iyengar yoga, will lead a dynamic class based on alignment for the first part of the workshop and I will lead a meditative yin yoga class for the second part. We also have a few surprises up our sleeves !

Welcome to this singing circle, open to everyone whether you “know” how to sing or not. You are free to come and experience the power of mantras. You can just sit and listen, sing them silently in your mind or outloud.
We provide you with the lyrics so you can follow along.

Yoga- Dance workshop
A dynamic class that takes you on a dance-inspired yoga flow to warm up and then we move on to learn a yoga-based choreography on the mat. We close with a cool down stretch and relaxation.
