L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, en 2024, j'ai \u00e0 nouveau mis mes mots sur la page, cette fois pour collaborer \u00e0 un livre collectif avec 19 autres coauteurs du monde entier sur... la m\u00e9tamorphose. Vous savez, cette chose dont nous r\u00eavons tous... quitter enfin ce travail que nous d\u00e9testons, faire le voyage dont nous r\u00eavons, nous inscrire \u00e0 ce cours ou cr\u00e9er cette entreprise.<\/p>

Le livre est compil\u00e9 par Sophie Roum\u00e9as, praticienne de th\u00e9rapies holistiques et anthologiste, et comprend 20 co-auteurs de France, des Etats-Unis, de Suisse, du Bhoutan, et plus encore, et je suis l'une d'entre eux ! Non seulement je suis co-autrice, mais j'ai \u00e9galement traduit le livre du fran\u00e7ais vers l'anglais.<\/p>

Chaque chapitre plonge dans l'histoire personnelle d'un coauteur et raconte comment il ou elle a op\u00e9r\u00e9 une m\u00e9tamorphose dans leur vie, guid\u00e9s par une force plus grande que eux.<\/p>

Mon chapitre parle de la situation dans laquelle je me trouvais lorsque j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er mon projet autour du mouvement. Dans mon cas, 80 % de la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par mon corps, qui ne supportait plus la vie que je lui imposais. Il se rebellait contre le travail de bureau conventionnel, et je ne pouvais pas le contredire. Notre corps a tant de sagesse \u00e0 nous transmettre. Il nous suffit d'apprendre \u00e0 nous mettre \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute de sa communication subtile.<\/p>

Every person, experience and circumstance are opportunities for spirutal growth and development. They are not coincidences… they are synchronicities. Last year in 2024, I put my words to the page again, this time to collaborate in a collective book with 19 other co-authors from around the world about… metamorphosis. You know, that thing we all dream about…finally quitting that job we hate, taking the trip we\u2019ve been dreaming about, enrolling in that course, or setting up that business. The book is compiled by Sophie Roumeas, practitioner of holistic therapies and anthologist, and features 20 co-authors from France, USA, Switzerland, Bhutan, and more, and I\u2019m one of them! Not only am I a co-author but I also translated the book from French into English. Each chapter plunges into the personal story of a co-author and recounts how they brought about a metamorphisis in their lives, seemingly orchestrated by a force bigger than themselves. My chapter talks of where I was in life when I decided to set up my movement business. In my case, 80% of the decision was taken by my body, who could no longer stand the life I was forcing it to live. It was rebelling against the conventional behind-a-desk office job, and I could not argue with it. Our bodies have so much wisdom to tell us. We just need to learn how to tune into its subtle communication.
