Bonjour. Enchant\u00e9e. Je m'appelle Crystal. Je suis traductrice et interpr\u00e8te et je donne des cours de mouvement.<\/strong><\/p>

Je suis n\u00e9e en Californie et j'habite dans la r\u00e9gion parisienne depuis 2013.\u00a0<\/p>

Mon approche au mouvement : <\/strong>Gr\u00e2ce au mouvement, nous pouvons entrer en contact avec la sagesse inn\u00e9e du corps et notre moi authentique. Le mouvement nous aide \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer les \u00e9motions, les tensions, les douleurs et \u00e0 nous \u00e9loigner de nos pens\u00e9es et de nos constructions mentales.<\/p>

Le mouvement :\u00a0 <\/strong>J'ai toujours suivi des cours de danse - ballet, jazz, contemporain pour ne citer que quelques styles - avec des repr\u00e9sentations sur sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>

Le yoga est entr\u00e9 dans ma vie lorsque j'\u00e9tais \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9. Au d\u00e9but, j'\u00e9tais fascin\u00e9e par les acrobaties, mais j'ai ensuite approfondi le c\u00f4t\u00e9 spirituel du yoga.<\/p>

En 2021, j'ai obtenu mon certificat de professeur de yoga de 200 heures aupr\u00e8s de Rishikish Yoga Yogshala en Inde.<\/p>

J'ai ensuite suivi un programme de deux ans \u00e0 l'Institut de Yogath\u00e9rapie \u00e0 Paris de 2022-2024.\u00a0<\/p>

En 2024, j'ai obtenu mon certificat de niveau 1 en Reiki.<\/p>

Traduction et interpr\u00e9tation :<\/strong> J'ai grandi dans une famille bilingue. L'apprentissage des langues est devenu mon hobby, et j'en ai fait mon m\u00e9tier.\u00a0<\/p>

J'exerce mon m\u00e9tier dans le milieu de la diplomatie et les relations internationales. J'ai travaill\u00e9 dans des ambassades et pour de grandes organisations internationales.<\/p>

En 2008, j'ai obtenu mon master en traduction et interpr\u00e9tation de l'universit\u00e9 de Rovira et Virgili en Espagne.<\/p>

Mais l'histoire ne s'arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. Il y a toujours une autre histoire. Tout le monde a une autre histoire \u00e0 raconter. Je porte les cicatrices d'une blessure d'abandon, qui s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avant m\u00eame que je n'aie 5 ans, j'ai surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 un cancer du sein, je suis divorc\u00e9e et je suis une people pleaser en voie de gu\u00e9rison.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 Hello. Nice to meet you. I’m Crystal. I am a translator and interpreter and I teach movement classes. I was born in California and have been living in the Paris Metropolitan area in France since 2013.\u00a0 My approach to movement: Through movement, we can get in touch with the body’s innate wisdom and our real authentic selves. Movement helps us move emotions, move tension, move pain, and move us away from our thoughts and our stories. Movement:\u00a0 I have always taken dance classes- ballet, jazz, contemporary to cite a few styles – with performances on stage. Yoga came into my life when I was in college. At first, I was fascinated by the acrobatics, but later delved into the spiritual side of it. In 2021, I obtained a 200hr yoga teacher training certificate from Rishikish Yoga Yogshala in India. Then I went on to complete a 2-year programme at the Institut de Yogath\u00e9rapie in Paris in 2024.\u00a0 In 2024, I received my level 1 certificate in Reiki. Translation & interpretation: I grew up in a bilingual family. In 2005, I recevied my B.A. in International Studies from the University of California, San Diego. But there’s more to the story. There’s always more to the story. Everyone has more to their story. I hold the scars of an abandoment wound, one that developed before I was even 5 years old, I am a breast cancer survivor, divorcee, and recovering people pleaser.\u00a0 How about you?
